Job Description


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling and submitting Petty Cash claims for Management Team
  • Assisting the EXCO with booking of air tickets and travel arrangements
  • Arrange courier services to Malaysia for the delivery of documents
  • Handle office administrative matters such as ordering of water, stationery etc
  • Consolidate the number of complaints received each month for individual restaurant outlets
  • Clearing of documents from the dispatch bags every Monday & Thursday and consolidate to be given to respective departments
  • Answering of phone calls, especially for the sales department when they are not in the office
  • Assist in sorting invoices for the Finance Department
  • Assist the Overseas AR Team to print out invoices for inter-company billing
  • Assist in bill audit of receipts
  • Assist in any adhoc administrative matters as requested

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum O Levels’ qualification
  • Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills is needed to communicate across all levels
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
