REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum GCE 'N' level.
Able to start work immediately.

DUTIES:

To timely and accurately perform professional documentation for survey reports in accordance to the company standard and guidelines and to meet customers' expectations.
To support assigned administrative work as when required.

1. Quality checking and formatting of draft survey reports on a daily basis.
2. Print, scan and bind approved final survey reports and arrange for despatch to insured/ consignee/ customer/ client on a daily basis.
3. Ensure scan and soft document of approved final survey reports are filed in running order and correctly named to their respective Drives and Folders for easy retrieval on a weekly basis.
4. Job duties as a receptionist, greeting guests/ visitors in a friendly, polite manner, escort them to the conference room.
5. Answer, take down messages and route incoming phone calls to the right party in a professional manner and in accordance to the company's policy guideline on a daily basis.
6. Answer standard/ simple enquiries from customer and cascade complex issues to superior to achieve customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
