Job Description

Alkem, a leading publisher, educational books, training kits and educational materials distributor is now looking for a Admin AssistantWe are looking for a dynamic and self motivated adult to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • To issue Purchase orders to our Publishers and Suppliers
  • To Keep Track and receive Incoming Shipment/Orders
  • General Administration and documentation work
For the above, you should have:
  • Min Diplomal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel etc)
  • Able to operate the PC and reasonable typing speed
  • Presentable, Outgoing & Positive Attitude
  • Well versed in written and spoken English Language
  • Sociable with strong interpersonal and communication
  • Experience in using BookMaster/AS400 Applications or from book trade is an added advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in West area [Transport provided from Jurong East Mrt].Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthJob Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 monthsSalary: $1,315.38 - $3,128.27 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
