Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the sales team.
  • Manage and follow up on email enquiries.
  • Prepare on sales quotations, invoices and other sales-related documents
  • Follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders from customers.
  • Arrange overseas delivery / export for customers
  • Execute any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Experience in government tenders (GeBIZ) would be an added advantage
  • Write and speak in good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
