Job Description

:

• To assist the Operation Managers/ICT Manager in logistics support of school events such as venue setup, preparation of signages and AV system
• To maintain the AV equipment (eg projectors, Visualisers, motorised screens and sound system etc) in the School Hall, Special Rooms & Classrooms
• To conduct monthly routine inspection of AV equipment (eg Visualisers, Projectors and motorised screens) in the Classrooms and Special Rooms
• Assist the school staff in the operation and usage of the audioand video equipment during their concert practices, rehearsals, and the actual event
• To assist in the daily morning and afternoon assembly in the School Hall, including the seating layout for classes and teachers
• To assist the Examiner OIC in the rooms set-up and index labelling for school examinations and PSLE Marking.
• To assist the HOD(Discipline)/OM(Discipline) in the dismissal of students taking the school buses

• A minimum O level or equivalent with preferably 3 years of relevant experience working in the school or similar environment
• Transporting, setting up, and installing media equipment and audiovisual support tools, including speakers, monitors
• Running tests on videos, audios, and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
• Demonstrate knowledge of video, sound, and lighting equipment
• Good interpersonal, customer-oriented and time management skills in staff support
• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
