Admin Associate (fp Online Buying)
Job Description
:
Reporting to the Group Category Manager, you will be required to support and assist FairPrice Online Category Managers to liaise with suppliers for FairPrice On listing/ promotion enquiries.
You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of FairPrice Online Product operational support issues.
You are responsible for the maintenance of the New Item Listing list, and generate summary report.
You will need to carry out all administration works such as form submission, SOAC, etc.
You are also expected to help to maintain proper records of documentation and correspondences.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level or equivalent
- Attentive to details with high adaptability and initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Team player and ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Meticulous with figures for accuracy
