Administrative
Provide administrative and operational support
Purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment, renewal of certificates and licensing etc
Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service contracts
Ensure business processes and documentations etc are in compliance with Government standards and regulations
Issuance / arrangement of sales and purchase related documents and transactions
Any other duties assigned
Able to read and write in English, Chinese / Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Initiative and requires minimum supervision at work
Good attitude and willing to learn
Work experience in office administration will be an advantage
familar with account software autocount
3~5 years expenerice
