This includes managing customer's order, enquiries and providing after-sales support. : Comply with all ordering processes to achieve quality customer service Coordinate and print order processing, delivery and returns of customer's order across all E-Commerce and sales platforms, with logistics department for warehouse pick and pack Attend to customer's feedback and provide problems-solving responses Fulfilling and entry of customer's order accurately. Attend to customer enquiries Liaising between customers and departments within the company. Montior stock levels based work with production department to ensure adequate stock is available for upcoming orders Requirements: Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, F&B related. Equivalent qualification in other discipline will also be considered High level of discipline and attention to detail required At least 2 years of related working experience Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate at all levels
