Our client is a transportation company, seeking for an administrator that will be situated in various schools islandwide.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Frontline support, including inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
  • Handle parents with registration, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, referral, and payment.
  • Coordinate with drivers on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the safety of students
Job Requirements:
  • Min N level education
  • A candidate who can speak Mandarin will have an added advantage as the role will require supporting Chinese drivers who do not understand English.
  • Candidates must be able to reach the allocated school by 6:30am.
