Manage daily office operations including maintenance, supplies, equipment and ensure smooth administrative functions.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communication on behalf of management.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Assist in travel arrangements such as flight booking, visa applications, accommodation, and transportation
Support overseas office setup, coordination, and vendor arrangements when required (e.g., Mexico)
Prepare travel expense claims and reimbursement reports
Handle basic administrative finance tasks such as invoice preparation, petty cash, and expense tracking
Assist the finance department with receipt collection, scanning, and filing
Other ad-hoc duties
Minimum 2 years of administrative or coordination experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
