Job Description


POSTIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Responsibilities

  • Take orders from call/email.
  • Issue DO, invoices & filing.
  • Assist in co-ordination with relevant parties for smooth deliveries.
  • Any ad-hoc & admin support duties assigned by superior.

Requirement
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and experience in admin support.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with customer.
  • Candidates must possess at least “N” or “O” level, professional
Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
  • Must take initiative and able to work independently.
  • Relevant experience or no experience are welcome.

Additional Information
  • On-the-job training
  • 5 days week
  • Monday to Thursday (8am – 6pm) Friday (8am – 5pm)
