Job Description


  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing - Aerospace
  • Position Title: Admin Officer/ Admin Co-ordinator
  • Working Location: Loyang Way (Transport provided from Tampines MRT/Pasir Ris MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5.15 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus (1.75 months)
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative work on company portals i.e. entering quotations and/or Invoices.
  • Purchasing of consumable items (for Operations Department use, Pantry, Stationary)
  • Updating of Medical Leaves and Expense Claims.
  • Adhoc administrative duties as assigned by HOD.
