  • Generate sales order, delivery order, invoice, credit note, debit note etc
  • Update customer portfolio & payment
  • Prepare and maintain payments monthly
  • Supporting month end closing activities
  • Support in off line and online Marketing activities
  • Handle customers
  • Assist the sales team in daily sales operation and liaise between other departments on sales order for delivery
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation and filing system
  • Provide admin support & perform general admin duties
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • Minimum GCE O Level holder or equivalent
  • At least 1 years experience in sales support in FMCG
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office & accounting software
  • Must be patient, meticulous & focus with positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task, work independently under minimum supervision & and a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with China based customers)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,700.00 - $2,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
