- Address phone and email inquiries from parents and the school community
- Prepare and consolidate data for reporting purposes when necessary
- Organize and coordinate staff functions to support operations
- Supervise daily transportation operations to ensure activities are executed according to schedule
- Support and assist Bus Fleet Management Department on general administrative duties
- Prepare an updated resume (including your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, reasons for leaving and executive summary etc.) and the expected package.
