2 to 3 days a week. 08:30Am to 05:00PM. Typically every Tuesday and Thursday. Provide Office Administration / Operation support. Filing, scanning and photocopying of documents. Accounting Data entry, ensuring accuracy. Book keeping. Bank reconcilation. Issue invoices. Chase for payment. Payroll. Placing orders with suppliers. Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
