Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
1. Issuing of Invoice and deliveries orders
2. Monthly sales & GST Report
3. Follow up with customers on collections
4. Highlight to reporting on problem in collections
5. Reconcile aged debtor report with ledger
Accounts Payable
1. Issuing payments to supplies
2. Reconcile aged creditor report with ledger
Inventory
1. Update of monthly inventory & stock report
2. Reconcile dispute and variance in stock difference
3. Highlight obsolete stock
4. Conduct annual stock take with auditors
Human Resource
1. Advertisement placement
2. Arrange for candidates interview
3. Follow through till the vacancy is filled up
Other Administration Duties
1. Purchase of office stationeries
2. Maintenance and renewal of office equipment contract
3. Petty cash payments
4. Arrange for courier service
5. Arrange for transportation for local deliveries
Related Companies
1. Handle full sets of accounts
2. Monthly financial report – balance sheet, Profit and loss Statement and schedules.
In addition to the above-mentioned duties which this job normally entails the employee may at any time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company’s business.
