Benefits Summary:

• Basic Salary: UP TO $2800
• With AL, AWS, VB
• Working location: BoonLay
• Training provided

Working Days (5.5days):

• Monday - Friday 9:30am - 7:00pm
• Thursday 2:00pm - 7:00pm
• Saturday 10:30am - 7:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing basic office tasks (filling, data entry, answering phone, processing email, etc.)
• Prepare orders and invoices
• Maintain and update accounting records & files
• Provide support on accounting department by handling general accounting daily tasks and chasing payment
• In charge of accounting receivable, preparing SOA and rebate

Requirements:

• Applicants with admin duties experience in food related industries may be advantageous.
