Job Description
Job scope:
- Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and feedback via various communication channels
- Recommending possible products/ services/ solutions to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
- Working closely stakeholders regarding good orders and good delivery
- Assisting in manage and update of company website as required
- Preparing market research and summarizing sales data
- Proficient in MS Excel (ie. Pivot table) & MS Word
- Ability to work with multi-departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer oriented
