Job Highlights: * Workings Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm * Working Location: Boon Lay * Salary: SGD$2,000 - $2,500 * Good Career Progression * Leading Logistics & Aerospace Company Job Highlights: Workings Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm Working Location: Boon Lay Salary: SGD$2,000 - $2,500 Good Career Progression Leading Logistics & Aerospace Company Job Scope: Develop and improve/manage inventory management system for new online and existing products Assist with day-to-day operations such as order fulfilment, inventory management, customer enquiries Support timely receipt, cargo clearance and delivery of shipments Quality check on products, performing goods receipt, storage, distribution and prepare delivery order to customer Upkeep and monitor (in/out) of inventory in stores Run monthly reports to detect stocks processing irregularities Handle after-market support such as returning of defective products from customer and liaise with supplier for claim or replacement as necessary Take charge of administrative support (e.g. admin form application, maintain good documentation) and maintain proper documentation and filing Assist in invoicing matters Track, monitor, and purchase of office consumables Liaise with procurement team to release PO timely Coordinate with customers for delivery and maintenance of products Provide support to other team members as necessary Assist in full compliance to site safety requirement Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: Entry level candidates are welcome as training will be provided. Excellent positive can-do attitude is important Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
