Job Description

We are looking for an Admin cum Finance Part timer to join our Finance team.Contract period: 3 months(Required to work for at least 4hrs a day, up to 3 days per week, flexible working hours)Job scope

  • Maintain Finance and HR files and documentations
  • To assist in Finance daily transactions including document checking, verification and follow up
  • General office admin support including pantry replenishment, stationery ordering, office shifting matters & etc
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in transaction processing
  • To assist in processing employees claims for reimbursement
  • Provide support to Finance and HR Department when required.
