Job Description

Working days: Monday - Friday


Working hours: 9am-1pm


Salary: $1800


Office Location: Woodlands Mega





Requirements:





1.Requires minimum of 2 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works in the construction industry.


2.Able to meet timelines and excellent organization skills


3.Able to work independently and with the team


4.Has a sense of urgency, problem-solving skills


5.Good communication skills, both written and verbal


6.Have prior experience in HR administrative & generalist roles will be a plus







Roles & Responsibilities

1.Handle work pass processes (such as PCP, Pre-housing, Medical Check-ups, Insurance, Onboarding, Security Bond, Dormitory, etc)


2.Manage staff training matters


3.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, personnel files and databases


4.Quota/ Prior approval control and monitoring


5.Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes (Such as job postings, resume screening, arranging interviews, etc)


6.Handle all staff onboarding / offboarding matters including staff orientation


7.Support payroll administration


8.Perform any other related duties as assigned
