* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding * Position Title: Admin cum Inventory Coordinator * Working Location: Kallang * Working Hours: 5 days Morning ( Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Admin cum Inventory Coordinator Working Location: Kallang Working Hours: 5 days Morning (9 am ' 6 pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Bonus + 14 days AL Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Update tank fleet inventory, i.e., reserve tanks for export booking, depot gate in/out, vessel actual arrival/depart & then generate inventory/lifting reports. Monitor tank status in the depot such ingate survey report, tank cleaning schedule, review/approve depot estimate, ensure tank made available for new booking within the set-out time frame. File claim on repair cost of any damages found to agent/shipper/consignee initiate/follow up insurance claim procedure if required, write an incident report to customer for the update. Manage tank fleet on-hire, off-hire activity, tank periodic test schedule, renewal tank test certificate record in the system. Coordinate with the Heating facility for import tanks required heating and ensure all fittings are in place for the heating job. Verify tank movement from depot report & agent update on vessel status to raise billing invoice on both POL & POD tank demurrage charges as per the job order. Liaise with depot on cleaning cost quote, depot prevailing tariff, and update MNR cost into the system for account verification. Handle ad hoc cases like tanks leaking or tank issues. APPLY NOW!!
