Job Description

Admin cum Marketing Executive

• Working Day: Monday to Friday & Alternate Sat
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm & 8:30am - 1:30pm
• Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park
• Salary: $2500 - $3500

• Handle customers\' enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales orders, sales invoice and logistics management
• Update products price list, brochure and distribute marketing materials to all customers
• Assist in marketing communications, including maintenance of websites and social media platforms
• Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent
• Knowledge with photo and video editing software, Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred
