Job Description


& Requirements

  • Procure construction related items, source for subcontractors, evaluate quotations, ensure on time issuance of PO, and receipt of goods and services.
  • Familiar with ERP system for issuance of PO and manage Fixed Assets and Inventory.
  • Update Database of POs, Fixed Assets and Inventory.
  • Prepare monthly purchase summary for all items ordered and reconcile all purchase records with Delivery Orders and invoices.
  • Carry out Monthly Stock Taking.
  • On the job training on ERP System, Insurance procurement, inventory management and ISO 9001:2015 documentation will be provided.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Senior Contracts Manager/ Purchase Manager/ Higher Management.
  • Relevant Qualification: SPM/ O Levels/ Cert / Diploma in Purchasing/ Management/ Logistics/ QS/ Civil/ Construction/ Environmental Engineering/ Building Services
  • Min 1 to 2 years’ working experience in Construction related firms.
  • Good knowledge of ERP system, Inventory Management, MS Office, Excel, Word.
  • Possess good work ethics and positive attitude
  • Able to meet project procurement deadlines
