The Admin and Travel Assistant is responsible for receiving and processing reservation queries.


  • The Admin and Travel Assistant will be responsible for the booking of car rentals, hotel and flight arrangements. The travel desk takes care of travel arrangements of employees, like air-ticketing, sightseeing tours, airport or location pick up or drop etc.
  • For offsite events, the Admin and Travel Assistant will also be part of searching for locations, bus rentals and arrange and coordinate all activities related to the said event.
  • The Admin and Travel Assistant procures all the necessary information about the employee’s request to complete the registration process.
  • Maintaining a database of all travel-related requests that reflect accurate information and status
  • Admin and Travel Assistant will be responsible on processing timely payments for all official business trip requests
  • Admin and Travel Assistant is also responsible to update the employee regarding their requests if they are confirmed, waitlisted or denied.
  • The Admin and Travel Assistant will also be tasked to assist on necessary permits related to travel desk such as bus parking permits etc.
  • The Admin and Travel Assistant will also handle or arrange restaurant bookings for outside business activities of the top executives which includes regional officers.
  • The Admin and Travel Assistant will also be responsible to collect or source for the vendor's quotation if needed.
  • The Admin and Travel Assistant will also be tasked to process accreditation of vendor’s related to official business trips
  • Monthly reporting will be required to the Admin and Travel Assistant for all the travel support services rendered.
  • The Admin and Travel Assistant will also deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
    • Knowledgeable in using online booking platforms like Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia.com. etc.
    • Must willing to work in Makati City.
