Job Opening: Administrative Assistant / Operations Support

Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:



Support the sales team with daily operations Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries Coordinate drivers' schedules Handle order processing and inventory management

Requirements:



Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude Must be able to speak and write in English (basic) Training will be provided

Salary & Benefits:



Basic salary: To be discussed 4 to 6 days off per month (must be willing to work on weekends) 13th-month bonus provided
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary Commission pay
Work Location: In person
