Processing Duties Administer an application-based relief : To assist a government linked corporation in advising the relevant general community on how to complete forms and submit documents to apply for the grant they are seeking. Processing Duties Administer an application-based relief scheme for self-employed transportation workers that are not under the existing purview of government agencies, namely self-employed combi bus and limousine drivers, delivery drivers, and delivery riders using motorcycles Counter Duties Assist with enquiries as well as guide less tech-savvy/ less-IT literate members to apply for an upcoming relief scheme. Guide applicants in navigating FormSG form filling Operating the physical 'help-desk' service on weekdays during office hours at 4-5 sites on a roving concept basis with each site being based around 1 - 1.5weeks each. Other duties as assigned Requirements 1. Applicants must be literate and comfortable with using computers and Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft excel and be attentive to details. 2. Applicants will be required to guide applicants in navigating FormSG form filling. 3. Candidate must be comfortable interacting with self-employed persons from different walks of life. He/ she must be patient and polite when guiding help-seekers through form-filling and the document submission process.
