We are a growing home-cooked meal subscription service (Tingkat) looking for a
friendly and organised Admin & Customer Service Executive
to help us deliver fresh meals daily and keep our subscribers happy!
What You'll Get:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary:
S$1,300 - S$1,600/month
, depending on experience

What You'll Do:
Handle subscriber enquiries via
phone, email, or WhatsApp
Manage subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and dietary requests
Maintain subscriber database & generate daily order/delivery sheets
Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with packing team
Communicate professionally with clients in
English and Mandarin
Assist with supplier orders, inventory, bookkeeping, and grant documentation
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years' experience in admin/customer service; F&B experience is a plus
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and office software; Airtable/CRM a plus
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
