Job Description

  • Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support to Managing Director
  • Perform general administrative duties (Example: answering phones, drafting letters/emails, data entry, prepare payment vouchers, taking statements from clients)
  • Organize schedules and arrange meetings, Travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
  • Manages department's administrative needs, some HR work, etc.
Requirements:
  • No experiences are welcome
  • Work experience as a Secretary, Admin or similar role
  • Team spirit
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
