Source for quotations for office and general supplies, travel insurance, etc and raise Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders, where required.
Arrange for printing of name cards and place orders for stock replenishment of office supplies, stationery and beverages, when required.
Check the time clock records and prepare attendance reports for submission to department heads.
Verify overtime claims and submit to Accounts Department for payment action.
Coordinate with departments and register employees for training courses and arrange for payment of course fees.
Update the E-Leave and RMG systems and contact list.
Update and maintain the Company Vehicle and Insurance records.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
