Our client is a public accounting firm located in the CBD area, they are now looking for an Admin Executive with the following qualities: - Self-starter - Accountable, initiative, positive attitude Our client is a public accounting firm located in the CBD area, they are now looking for an Admin Executive with the following qualities: - Self-starter - Accountable, initiative, positive attitude - Good communication skills - Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work Responsibilities: Attend to visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Answering phone in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary Sending, receiving and distributing mail and parcel Provide administrative support, management of stationery and pantry supply, upkeep of office cleanliness, etc Prepare invoices / fee notes, charge back to clients, assist the team in monthly update of outstanding accounts receivables Handling of staff claims and petty cash Support team on matters such as client due diligence screening and upkeep of engagement documentation Any other duties and roles as assigned Requirements: More than 3 years relevant experience Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with accounting system will be an advantage Prior experience with an accounting firm will be a huge advantage Proficiency in English to handle English speaking clients Interested applicants please submit your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT], stating your current salary, expected salary, and availability to start.
