The Opportunity

  • Working with well-established FMCG company
  • Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Location: Central West
The Talent
  • Minimally possesses 2 years of experience in general office practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to operate office equipment like copiers, calculators, etc.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, calendar management.
  • Possess problem solving skills and be able to multi task.
  • Able to multi-task and complete assign task within timeline
The Job
  • Manage the reception by attending incoming phone calls and walk-in visitors/ delivers
  • Manage Meeting Rooms Calendar Management / Bookings
  • Collection of mails, mailing outgoing mails and arranging for courier services
  • Update of telephone directory
  • Ensure smooth operation of office facilities and equipment including office supplies and orders (groceries, stationaries, name cards, etc.)
  • Take charge of office and pantry cleanliness and cleaning services management
  • Manage office equipment
  • Handle travel arrangement like flight, hotel booking and visa application if requires
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
