Working Location: Suntec City
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Job Responsibility:
Perform daily duties / activities, provide administrative support to the sales teams.
Data entry for customer related activities; sales, CS, billing, legal, operation, pricing etc.
Support team to regular internal meeting/ conference for the related information.
Project management and ensure efficient delivery.
Any other projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements
GCE "O" level and above.
Customer-oriented, responsible, positive and pro-active.
Min. 1 year working experience in freight forwarding.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
* Highly adaptable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
