Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Support the division on all administrative matters such as general HR, documentation control, asset management, travel arrangement, etc.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and events including obtaining necessary clearances for visitors, etc.
  • Provide support to management team, including calendar scheduling and meeting resources planning
  • Manage data admin in division shared folders
  • Assist in ah-hoc assignments as required
Period:
  • 2 years contract (renewable and convertible to perm)
Location:
  • Ang Mo Kio
Salary:
  • Up to $3,600 + Completion Bonus
Working Hours:
  • 0830 to 1800 (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri)
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Business
  • Previous admin experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Independent and requires minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, disciplined and organized
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
