Support the division on all administrative matters such as general HR, documentation control, asset management, travel arrangement, etc.
Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings and events including obtaining necessary clearances for visitors, etc.
Provide support to management team, including calendar scheduling and meeting resources planning
Manage data admin in division shared folders
Assist in ah-hoc assignments as required

2 years contract (renewable and convertible to perm)

Salary:
Up to $3,600 + Completion Bonus
Working Hours:
0830 to 1800 (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri)
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business
Previous admin experience is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Independent and requires minimum supervision
Meticulous, disciplined and organized
Good team player and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
