Collation and reconsolidation of data and reports.
Performs tracking and deliver reports to stakeholders.
Provide operational support to new hires during their first day of onboarding.
Support Learning team in administration of training materials.
Able to follow instructions & processes to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Able to provide administrative support for programs and events or other ad-hoc duties for customer centre.
Requirement:
Minimum diploma or higher
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Admin or Customer Service role
Good planning and organizational skills
Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment.
