Managing the generation and processing of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Liaising with internal teams to plan and organize career fairs or recruitment events, including logistics and scheduling.
Assisting the Vice President with sales report generation by compiling and analyzing data.
Coordinating and facilitating interview arrangements, including follow-ups to ensure excellent client and candidate experience.
Overseeing timesheet calculations and handling additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong multitasking ability and time management.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Adaptable and quick learner in fast-paced environments.
