co11ab is a BioMedtech incubator, a tripartite alliance between the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore), the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR), the National Healthcare Group (NHG), whose mission is to nurture and support the translational development of biomedical technologies. co11ab is physically located in Clinical Sciences Building, LKC School of Medicine, NTU.
The Admin Executive will support co11ab team in their daily operations in terms of clerical duties, records maintenance, routine upkeeping of common co11ab\xe2\x80\x99s facilities, meetings and events management, and basic administrative support rendered by co11ab to co11ab\xe2\x80\x99s members (start-up companies). This role is important in supporting co11ab and co11ab\xe2\x80\x99s members in meeting the administrative and operational expectations.
:
Provide general administrative support to co11ab, including but not limited to records maintenance and tracking, receiving visitors and the necessary security clearances, and handling deliveries.
Support the team in setting up and running online and physical events in co11ab.
Daily maintenance (upkeeping) of co11ab\xe2\x80\x99s common facilities.
Support the team in building co11ab brand awareness and support managing co11ab\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media platform.
Support preparation of presentation material and reports writing.
Support coordination of meetings with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Biological Science.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years working experiences.
Experienced in administrative supports to a department within an organization.
Familiarity with University or research institution environment.
Familiarity with the operations of co-working space or incubator will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management level, internal and external stakeholders. Good command of spoken and written English.
Meticulous and attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and professional social media platform, such as LinkedIn.
Independent, self-driven and able to take initiative.
Proven team player.
