Highlights: * Mon - Fri , 9am - 6pm * Salary up to $3,200 (depends on experiences) + AWS + VB * Ubi - walking distance from MRT * On job training will be provided Responsibilities: * S Highlights: Mon - Fri , 9am - 6pm Salary up to $3,200 (depends on experiences) + AWS + VB Ubi - walking distance from MRT On job training will be provided Responsibilities: Schedule renewal follow-ups with existing clientele before policy deadlines Provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents Ensure proper documentation, records, and filing upon issuance Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries Update and maintain an accurate customer database Perform any ad hoc task as assigned. Requirements: Candidates with no experiences may apply as on-the-job training will be provided. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills Customer-centric and keen to learn with a positive work attitude Previous experiences in motor insurance or general insurance industry would be a plus point.
