Attend monthly meetings, prepare Agenda, and writing minutes of meeting on a timely basis
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects, maintain SOP for Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations
Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for Contractors/Suppliers for Ad-hoc projects, etc. Liaise with Procurement Department to obtain quotations and preparation of PR for repair works, purchases, Goods, Housekeeping Consumables, Machineries, M&E Fittings & Accessories, etc.
Assist HOD to control & monitor the department budget and P/L, preparation of tender/quotation documents, contract agreements for Term Contracts, Projects, etc.
Administration and maintain SOP for Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations
Handle phone inquiries & follow-up with members, contractors, suppliers, etc.
Requirements:
GCE 'O' Level/ITE cert in Office Skills
1-2 years of working experience
Proficient in writing minutes and ability to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous with good organizational skills
Must be prepared to attend evening meetings
5-day work week
