Position Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Executive

to support our operations in the IT hardware business. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating shipments, and assisting the sales team by managing product postings on B2B platforms.


Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and maintain commercial and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.). Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment processes. Maintain proper filing and records of documents for compliance and audit purposes. Assist the sales by creating and posting product offers on B2B platforms. Monitor responses and inquiries from B2B postings and channel them to the sales team. Provide general administrative support to the management and sales. Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Prior experience in

administration, logistics coordination, or sales support

(IT hardware industry is an advantage). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of B2B platforms is a plus. Good communication skills (written and spoken English). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
