Handle matters relating to office tenancy, renovation and relocation
Arrange office maintenance and other necessary services in the office
Liaise with a telecommunications company for the purchase, renewal, or termination of a company mobile phone.
Maintain office supplies stocks and prevent wastage
Attending to guests at the reception and incoming phone calls
Manage all travel-related matters, including hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, visa applications, and travel insurance for employee business trip
Liaise with vendors for corporate rate agreement renewal
Support company events such as meetings and annual workplan seminars
Document control includes company policies, contract documents, compliance-related documents, and documents obtained through an internal audit.
Support HR team to handle administrative or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business management or equivalent
At least 3 years of office administrative experience
Work experience in the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing industries or work with Japanese companies will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, detail-oriented and observant
