Job Description

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Electronics sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR and Admin Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with the deployment/implementation of HR initiatives
• Responsible for being the contact point on the various employee issues (eg. employee grievances, company disciplinary matters etc.)
• Responsible for handling the various HR duties (eg. arrangement of medical check-up, administration of the various work pass matters etc.)
• Responsible for the maintenance/update of the company\xe2\x80\x99s employee handbook
• Responsible for handling the company\xe2\x80\x99s various administrative duties
• In charge of managing/overseeing the necessary safety measures in the environment
• In charge of managing/overseeing the relevant safety, regulatory, and compliance audits when required
• In charge of handling the relevant risk matters when being brought forward
• In charge of overseeing the various contract service agreements with the relevant vendors, as well as the necessary maintenance services which are being provided
• All other adhoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or other relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Experienced and comfortable with working in Manufacturing / Production / Factory setting environment
