Roles & Responsibilities Admin Executive (Leasing/Property)Salary: $2000 - $3200 The Job:-

• Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement/purchases matter
• Prepare, manage and maintain all properties to tenantable condition.
• Conduct joint inspection for handover and takeover of premises.
• Handle feedbacks and enquires from existing and prospective tenants/buyers.
• Attend and resolve all maintenance requests, including sourcing and negotiating for parts/services, and monitor work progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues
• Perform administrative tasks pertaining to property matters, including vetting and reviewing of agreements and contracts
• Keep good record of leasing documents and filing of documents
• Perform other admin duties such as meter reading, refund of deposit etc.
• Performed other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

The Person:-

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels.
• Proficient in handling feedbacks.
• Meticulous, resourceful and excellent problem-solving skill
• Able to work independently within tight timelines.
• Take initiative to get the desired outcomes in cooperation with other teams.
• Team player with positive work attitude & willing to learn.
