Job Description

• Position: Lease Admin Executive/Senior
• Location: Suntec Tower 5
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 9am to 5:30pm
• Salary (Commensurate with Experience): Up to $4,500 + $1,500 Flexible Benefits/year + AWS + 20 Days Annual Leave + 1 Day Birthday Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Property Fund Management

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on leasing contracts and other lease related documents
• Conduct due diligence checks on tenants including AML check when necessary
• Prepare marketing collaterals and initiate activities that can increase exposure of properties
• Perform other administrative support to the real estate department, including but not limited to filing, archiving etc.
• Work with property management to ensure certificates of insurance are current
• Organise marketing, team and agent events for the Real Estate team
• Assist in conducting market research and preparation of reports
• Prepare for lease audits
• Managing commission calculation and payment process
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum \'O\' Levels
• Extensive knowledge handling real estate leases including handling lease documents is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
