Your Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in preparing financial portfolios and client documents
? Coordinate & manage appointments efficiently
? Observe & document client interactions
? Send out messages and follow-ups to prospective clients
? Support daily business operations with professionalism and accuracy

Who We're Looking For:

? Local undergraduates with a positive, outgoing personality
? Strong communication skills in

English & Mandarin

(to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
? Responsible, resilient, and eager to take ownership of tasks
? Enjoys interacting with people and providing a great client experience
? Available for at least 12 hours per week (flexible schedule possible)
? Willing to travel when required
