Provide administrative support at the project site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain and update site documentation, reports, and records.
Handle attendance, manpower tracking, and work permits for site personnel.
Coordinate with HR, procurement, and project teams on logistics and resource management.
Assist in preparing and submitting reports related to safety, progress, and compliance.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external parties as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, site regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with safety regulations and site operations is an advantage.
