Responsible in daily administrative duties such as following orders, issuing DO & invoices and etc
Responsible in product development, procurement and order follow up - home related merchandise
Responsible in managing and dealing with diverse overseas suppliers
Arrange and coordinate incoming shipment, ensure on-time delivery of goods
Prepare and facilitate shipments to sales and logistics teams
Maintains inventory check and records
Others assigned administrative duties such as office & showroom housekeeping, assist call-in enquiry and etc

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or A level education
At least 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in administration
Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
Mature, efficient, clear minded, organized and creative
IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
