& Requirements Manage Housekeepers\' work activities to ensure the office is clean, inspection of work, and investigation of complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. Arranging carpet cleaning services, office pest control services and other office maintenance services. Company events coordination such as planning, implementing and in-charge of decorations and other office activities (parties, team-building activities, etc.) Sourcing and purchasing decorations for company activities or events. Keep, organize, and document the company activities photos. Preparing the onboarding employees workstation and providing new employees with all relevant stationeries needed. Ensuring office supplies, pantry supplies are maintained by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for office supplies and verifying receipt of supplies. Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, renewals from vendors and calling for repairs. Update and maintain employees seating plan. Arranging hampers, couriers, name card printings, etc Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month Work Location: One location
