Job Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth daily administration and operation of the clinic
Provides clinics administrative duties at the front counter including answering phone calls, registration, cashiering and maintaining appointments
Record and update clinic inventory, ordering of stock
Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing etc.
Clinical duties including chaperoning
Data entry for accounts payable using Plato system
Liaise with external parties/vendors and communicate via email
Work closely with Operations team for administrative and operational matters

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
Minimum 1-2 working experience in any service industry, preferable in healthcare
Required Skills(s):MS Excel, MS Office
Must work independently with minimum supervision
Hardworking, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task, dependable, punctual, a team player
Able to converse with English and mandarin speaking patients
Good customer service skills
Full time 6 day work week
