Job Description


Responsibilities: Assist the team with administrative support on:

  • Attend to customer enquiry (ie Facebook, Instagram, Call-in, Whatsapp etc) and promote our product and services professionally
  • Answer calls or enquires professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ update orders, or complaints.
  • Route Planning \xe2\x80\x93 Manage all clients appointments scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with operation team to make sure that jobs are deliver professionally
  • Record keeping of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Issue invoice and update payment to Xero accounting software
  • Preparation of reports on a timely basis.
  • Supporting the company with other administrative tasks
  • And any ad-hoc jobs as per required
Requirment
  • At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Responsible in work
  • Skills for Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently
  • Willingness to learn new things
